Built and now maintain a high-traffic ticket booking system that processed 15,000+ sales over a single 5-day live event. Booking and availability logic stays server-side by design, with a cron-based retry system for payment/generation edge cases and real-time monitoring during the event itself.
Built an internal AI media orchestration platform used by the video and design teams (~10-15 people) to generate video, image, audio, and SVG assets through six models behind one interface. Cut per-asset turnaround by roughly half and reduced generation costs against prior tooling.
Designed and built an internal Employee Management CRM (attendance, payroll, leave, project allocation, role-based access) now used by ~20 employees, replacing spreadsheet-based HR tracking.
Own backend delivery for multiple client CRM and business platforms, including a complete 2026 revamp of Goldenoak and Unicorn, two regional ordering and inventory platforms used by 100+ Rolls Mania stores across India, integrated with LimeTray for order and PO processing.

Problem

Per-tool logins and a paid seat limit were slowing delivery and inflating cost. The team waited to get into shared AI accounts, and the agency was licensing every tool regardless of which ones a given project actually needed.

Approach

A local web dashboard covering image, video, SVG, and audio generation, calling each provider's API directly. A FIFO queue keeps requests under provider rate limits, with polling-based failure detection and automatic retries. Every project gets its own directory, so generated assets stay organized without manual filing.

Neither system was originally mine. Both already existed, and in 2026 I completely revamped them: reading and making sense of an existing, unfamiliar codebase before I could safely change anything, then rebuilding the backend, the LimeTray integration, and the frontend for each. I now actively maintain both in production.

Goldenoak and Unicorn are essentially the same software, split by region so each area has its own dedicated point of contact, for smoother day-to-day operations across 100+ stores than one shared system would allow.

Before

The pre-revamp systems had inefficient database update logic, and a bug in how unique identifiers were used meant placing an order could add the wrong item, corrupting inventory at the outlet level.

After the revamp

I rebuilt the data and identifier logic along with the frontend design for both. That class of ordering error is gone.

Role: I inherited both codebases and completely revamped them: the backend, the LimeTray integration, and the frontend for each. I now maintain both in production, including debugging production issues.
